Painter’s Pence are the “perks” given to members who help with our Chapter’s many activities. Pence, which are worth $1 each, can only be used towards the class fees and/or the rewards seminar, excluding the cost of the surface. Pence cannot be used for General Meeting programs as that money goes directly to the teacher that evening.

| Become a village Painter New member – 2 (a one-time only Welcome Gift) |
| Perfect attendance at all Village Painter General Meetings, during one calendar year – 3 (Be sure to sign the Village Painter General Meeting sign-in sheet) |
| Serve on the Village Painters Board of Directors, Appointed and Standing Chairperson for a calendar year – 5 |
| Serve as a Village Painter Special Chairperson – 3 |
| Serve as a Village Painter Committee Chairperson – 3 |
| Serve on a Village Painter Committee – 1 |
| Serve as the Village Painter Webmaster – 30 |
| Attend the Leadership Conference at the SDP International Convention – 3 |
| Give a demonstration or teach at a Village Painter General Meeting – 3 |
| Host a Village Painter Chapter Paint-In at your home – 2 |
| Bring an item for Village Painter General Meeting Show and Tell – 1 (only 1 pence per evening regardless of # of items brought) |
| Paint a Memory Box – 1 (1 pence for each memory box) |
| Donate 1 video or 2 books or 3 packets, with a copyright of this year or last year, to the Village Painter Library – 1 |
| Bring refreshments to any Village Painter Chapter Activity, excluding the August Picnic or any function/seminar when we ‘share a dish’ – 1 (only 1 per event regardless of # of items brought) |
| Set up AND Take down at a Village Painter General Meeting – 1 |
| Contribute time, money or materials for any Village Painter Community Service Project including such Programs as the Adopt a Family, etc – 1 pence |
| Submit a “published tip” to Village Painter Newsletter – 1 |
Village Painter Special Events – Must be Completed and submitted by Chair of Event
| Serve as a chairperson or co-chairperson of a Village Painter Special Event – 5 |
| Serve as a chairperson or co-chairperson of a sub group of the Village Painter Special Event – 3 |
| Serve as a committee member on the Village Painter Special Event – 1 |
| Donate a painted item for a Village Painter Special Event fund raiser (e.g., special raffle, door prize, silent auction) – 3 |
| Donate a painted item for a Village Painter Special Event sale, excluding special raffle, door prize, silent auction – 1 |
| Participate at a Village Painter Publicity Event as a vendor, cashier, hostess, setup, general worker – 1 |
